pain. Problems may be affecting you emotionally, physically, mentally,
and spiritually. I'll help you to find healing and hope in a safe and supportive place.
In therapy you'll
begin asking yourself important questions, seeing things in new ways, and finding novel solutions.
Since therapy is different for each person and problem, it's hard to describe.
However, most people find it broadens their perspective, helps them feel valuable and supported, and allows them to be stronger
and better able to make decisions.
I believe
I can help you to find within yourself the ability to enjoy each
moment anew. With renewed energy you can improve old relationships,
build new relationships and make progress on your life's goals.

Therapy is especially beneficial for people with trouble sleeping, chronic pain, depression, chonic stress or stress-related illnesses, relational problems,
chronic anxiety, uncontrollable worry, attention problems, and chronic fatigue. Although I work with people of all ages, I am especially
experienced at working with senior
citizens and their families, parents, and caregivers. I am also an experienced teacher and welcome opportunities to lead groups and seminars.
